Recommendations during pregnancy

The components of our beer baths do not compromise the health of pregnant women. The bath is generally possible under three months of pregnancy; in any case, every pregnancy is different: always check with your doctor before visiting.

Beer baths in the barrel

Bear in mind that the bath temperature is usually around 37 ºC. Immersion can cause vasodilation, which could lead to circulatory problems and drops in blood pressure, especially if the ambient temperature is also high.

Sauna

The sauna is not recommended during pregnancy, as excessive heat and high humidity could cause drops in blood pressure.
